Located at 63 Bd de Vaugirard, 75015 Paris, France, Restaurant Mona Lisa offers a relaxed dining experience that feels approachable from the moment you walk in. This is the kind of place that fits easily into your day, whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, enjoying a calm solo dining moment, or winding down with late-night food after exploring the neighborhood. Its central location makes it easy to find, and many reviews highlight how convenient it is for both locals and visitors passing through the area.

The menu keeps things simple and comforting, focusing on familiar favorites done right. One of the standout choices is the cheeseburger, a reliable classic that arrives hearty and satisfying, perfect when you want something filling without overthinking it. Pasta lovers often gravitate toward the Fusili aux 4 Fromages, a creamy, cheese-forward dish that feels indulgent but comforting, especially on a slower evening. For guests dining with younger companions, the presence of a child option on the menu adds an extra layer of ease, making the restaurant welcoming for different dining needs.

Dessert is where Restaurant Mona Lisa quietly shines. The crème brûlée is a highlight dish that consistently leaves a lasting impression. Cracking into the crisp caramelized top to reach the smooth custard underneath is one of those small pleasures that makes a meal feel complete. If you prefer something more social, the cheese board paired with red wine is ideal for lingering at the table, chatting, and enjoying a more leisurely pace.

Service-wise, the restaurant keeps practicality in mind. Breakfast service makes it a convenient morning stop, while dessert offerings and late-night food ensure it stays relevant throughout the day. Solo diners can settle in comfortably without feeling rushed, and basic amenities like a toilet on-site add to the overall convenience. Across different reviews, the experience is often described as straightforward and dependable, with a menu that focuses on comfort and accessibility rather than trends.

Restaurant Mona Lisa fits neatly into the Paris dining scene as a casual, no-pressure restaurant where the food, location, and everyday comfort come together naturally.

What customers say?

“ My first breakfast here on Friday morning was amazing. Omelette was fluffy and it was served with creme fraiche. Coffee rich with milk froth. Orange squeeze was fresh and the pain au chocolat was tasty. I returned on Sunday morning but it's a bit different. Orange squeeze and pain au chocolat were very nice, but the omelette was not as fluffy and they did not serve creme fraiche. But on both days the service was consistently great. The servers were a lady on Friday morning and a cheerful man on Sunday morning. ”

“ small Italian restaurant with a small terrace where you can smoke, good location. the food was delicious, the aperol spritz fantastic. you even get popcorn with the starter, which is really cool. the waitress is nice and kind, she tried her best to explain everything. ”

“ We came here as a party of two on a Sunday night. Servers were very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. The pasta fusilla and duck confit were incredible and very generous portions. Our waiter recommended an excellent wine to go with our meal. The dessert of a cheese board and creme brulee was also so good! Definitely worth a visit - once of the best meals we had in all of Paris :) ”

“ Such kind people, put up with our attempts at atrocious French. Attentive and made us very welcomed. Food was generous and tasty. Whether street side or sitting in the restaurant, the atmosphere was lovely. Good value. ”

“ We stayed in Area Montparnesse. We ´ve tried several restaurants. This Restaurant is one of Paris finest and secrets restaurants when you are travelling with 2 kids. This restaurants and with its staff, especially Dédé and Max are First Class Waiters ! We went at 8 p.m on saturday and they both were so nice and friendly and warm. We are from Germany and both are learned and fully educated Hoteliers. Our french is not the best, but Max and Dédé were very polite and also funny. This is how Paris should be. Other restaurants treat people who cannot speak french in my opinion sometimes very bad. Like we are stupid or something. However these two gentlemen/Waiters treated us in a verywell behavior. I wish restaurant and its stuff all the best and if we ever come back to this area, we will visit them. Merci beaucoup et well done més hommes. My deepest recommendation. Your Family from l´Allemagné ”
